Prize Draw Rules

1. Promoter
Semantico Europe S.L. (“Semantico”), [TO CONFIRM: registered address], tax ID
[TO CONFIRM: CIF] (the “Promoter”).
2. Prize
One (1) Apple AirPods 5, approximate retail value €279.
The prize is personal, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or for any other product. If the exact model is unavailable, the Promoter may substitute a product of equal or greater value.
3. Entry period
Entries open on Monday 21 September 2026 at 09:00 CEST and close on Sunday 27 September 2026 at 23:59 CEST. Entries recorded outside this window are void.
4. Who can enter
Entry is free and no purchase is necessary.
Open to people aged 18 or over who are resident in [TO CONFIRM: eligible countries] and who enter using a valid work email address on behalf of a
business. The following may not enter: employees of the Promoter, employees of
companies within the same group, and their immediate families.
One entry per company. Where several people from the same company enter, only the first valid entry counts.
5. How to enter
Complete the Catalog Maturity Quiz at semantico.ai/raffle, submit the form with complete and accurate details, and tick the prize draw opt-in box. Ticking that box is what enters you into the draw; submitting the quiz without ticking it gives you your report but no entry.
Incomplete, duplicated, or manifestly false entries will be excluded.
6. How the winner is chosen
The draw takes place on Monday 28 September 2026.
One winner is selected at random from all valid entries. To make the result
verifiable, the Promoter will publish a SHA-256 hash of the final entry list
before the draw, and will seed the random selection from a public value
published on the draw date: [TO CONFIRM: e.g. the Lotería Nacional number for that date]. The entry list and the selection method will be made available to
any entrant on request.
[TO CONFIRM: number of reserve winners] reserve entries will be drawn in order
in case the winner cannot be contacted or declines.
7. Notification and delivery
The winner will be notified by email at the address used to enter, within
[TO CONFIRM: n] working days of the draw. The winner must reply to confirm
acceptance within [TO CONFIRM: n] days; if no reply is received within that
period the prize passes to the first reserve.
The prize will be delivered to an address within [TO CONFIRM: delivery area]
at no cost to the winner.
8. Tax
The prize is below €300, so no Spanish personal income tax (IRPF) withholding applies. The winner is responsible for any tax obligations in their own jurisdiction.
9. Data protection
Personal data submitted through the quiz is processed by Semantico Europe S.L. as controller. Entry data is used to run and to administer the draw and to contact the winner; that processing is based on your consent, given by ticking the opt-in box, and on the Promoter’s legitimate interest in being able to demonstrate that the draw was run fairly.
Consent to enter the draw is separate from, and not conditional on, any consent to receive marketing. You can withdraw either at any time.
Entry records are kept for [TO CONFIRM: retention period] after the draw so the
result can be audited, and then deleted. The winner’s name may be published as
described in section 10.

10. Publicity
By accepting the prize, the winner agrees that the Promoter may publish their first name and company name to announce the result. Any further use of the winner’s name, image, or a quote requires their separate written agreement.
11. Platform disclaimer
Where this draw is promoted on LinkedIn or any other social network, that platform does not sponsor, endorse, or administer it and is not associated with it in any way.
12. Cancellation and changes
The Promoter may cancel, suspend, or amend the draw if fraud, a technical failure, or any other cause beyond its reasonable control prevents it from being run as planned. Any change will be posted on this page.
13. Acceptance, law and jurisdiction
Entering constitutes full acceptance of these rules. These rules are governed by
Spanish law, and any dispute will be submitted to the courts of
